This site began as a simple website but blossomed into a fully functioning CRM application and users portal. CMSG is able to manage its customers through this online portal and CMSG customers are able to access various products and services from CMSG through thier custom login.

CMSG was presented with 3 initial graphical designs for his site. The finished site was a composite of 2 of those designs. The graphics portion of the site was completed by my partner Sphear Media. For the portal, a secure login was presented as well as a flow diagram for how the many pages and logins / reports would work together.

The technology used was an ASP solution. Cost was an issue so a hosting package was chosen that supported MSAccess for the underlying data strucutre. Restrictions were put on the database as well as encryption as the information being held is quite sensitive.

Our team is currently responsible for updating any changes to content.

The site is functioning well and is reaching its intended audience quite well. CMSG is moving to more of a .NET structured format based on integration with a .NET workflow product called Captaris Workflow by Captaris.
